Working Mans Bull Sale

Hey Everyone,

What a winter we have experienced in the Midwest. It started off in December with plenty of moisture and snow, now in late January through February we have been setting record highs!

I'm ok with the temperatures being above 0, but some moisture would be appreciated now. Our hearts go out to the folks that have been affected by the recent wildfires.

We wanted to do something special for our 10th Anniversary selling bulls. This is our first edition of the ”Working Mans Bull Sale”, and we are very excited for this offering.  Historically we have sold bulls private treaty off the ranch, and I want to extend my gratitude to everyone that has trusted us in the past to supply their bull power.  We structured the sale this year to be a combination of buying bulls at our set prices like we have done in the past with a little timed auction twist.  So here is how its going to go.  We will have a portion of the bulls able to be spoke for on a first come first serve starting at 8 A.M. March 20, 2026, with a portion of the lots having a soft close time auction at 7 P.M. March 22, 2026.  We wanted to offer this type of the sale to cater to everyone’s buying preference hopefully.  We are hosting our sale on our personal auction site again  auctions.boyleranchfleckvieh.com.

You will notice that we only have age advantaged bulls in the offering this year.  We are going to sell more Fallborn bulls and coming 2 year olds in the future for a few reasons.  Its not that we don’t think our yearlings are up for the work that first year, but instead that we want to offer Rugged, Dependable, Age advantaged bulls to our customers exclusively. We made the decision to push our Spring calving herd back to start early April to lighten the workload that calving in February/march historically was producing. We are also currently expanding our fall calving herd to offer more 18 month old bulls.

We are working on the catalog and plan to mail out copies this year along with an online version. If you would like a catalog, please email me your address or text it to me.

Thanks,

Bryan 712-870-8666
